The Holyrood Distillery is the product of Canadians Rob & Kelly Carpenter and Scot David Robertson, who collectively share a love for Edinburgh, Scotch Whisky and interesting challenges. Situated next to Holyrood Park, their city-centre distillery is also located right in the heart of Edinburgh’s distilling history – on St. Leonard’s Lane. Holyrood Distillery have a vast variety of much loved and well renowned Scottish distilled gins and gin liqueurs.
