Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Subject to stock availability and payment, all orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Local Delivery – Covid-19 Response

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Although we are now shipping UK wide, we will be continuing to run a free of charge local delivery service to EH43, EH44 and EH45 postcodes only. Please select ‘Local Delivery’ at the checkout. Once your order has been placed Pauline will be in touch with you to discuss a suitable time for a contactless delivery.

If you live out with the local delivery area, please select ‘Standard UK Delivery’ at the checkout.

Please note, orders contains alcohol can only be delivered to recipients over the age of 18. Proof of age or ID may be required on delivery.

Postal Delivery 

We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery when you spend £50 or more online!

  • Standard UK Delivery – FREE (orders over £50)
  • Standard UK Delivery – £3.99 (orders under £49.99, excluding greetings cards)
  • Standard UK Delivery – £0.99 (greetings cards only)

All of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days* from the date that your order was placed. Where possible, we will aim to send out orders via a tracked / signed for service. Orders containing alcohol will require age verification upon delivery.

*Please note, during this time (Covid-19) your order may experience delays due to disruption with Royal Mail.

We are working on offering our customers international shipping. Until we can get this up and running, if you would like to purchase an item(s) from us and need it delivered outside of the UK, please get in touch by emailing us on info@thehubinnerleithen.com and we will be more than happy to organise this for you.

Returns Information

Thank you for purchasing from us.  We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about an item.

You may return any item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund* or an exchange. Please note, all items must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your name, order number and the reason for your return or exchange when you send an item back to us.

All items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We would always recommend using a tracked service as we cant accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post.

Once we have received your item(s), a refund or an exchange will be processed within 7 working days. Please note, refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. If your item is damaged, a replacement item will be sent out on receipt of the original item.

*Please note, the original postage costs will not be included in the refund.
