We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Subject to stock availability and payment, all orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We offer standard UK delivery through Royal Mail on all of our items. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days from the date that your order was placed.
We are working on being able to offer our customers international shipping. Until we can get this up and running, if you would like to purchase an item(s) from us and need it delivered outside of the UK, please get in touch by emailing us on email@example.com and we will be more than happy to organise this for you.
Thank you for purchasing from us. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about an item.
You may return any item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund* or an exchange. Please note, all items must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your name, order number and the reason for your return or exchange when you send an item back to us.
All items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We would always recommend using a tracked service as we cant accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post.
Once we have received your item(s), a refund or an exchange will be processed within 7 working days. Please note, refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. If your item is damaged, a replacement item will be sent out on receipt of the original item.
*Please note, the original postage costs will not be included in the refund.
